Excellent Custom Tailoring Experience

I’ve been a loyal customer at this Italian tailor on Wilshire Boulevard for the past 30 years, and they never fail to impress. Recently, my son needed a suit for his wedding, so we traveled all the way from Orange County for their exceptional custom tailoring service.

They even tailored a sentimental suit that has been in our family for 70 years, making it a perfect fit for my son. Highly recommended for their craftsmanship and personalized service!

I would not recommend.
I purchased 4 pair of suits and have them tailored as well.
I am spending time for this review because this is the only action that I can take as a consumer at this moment to vent out my fraustration and also for others to be aware before deciding to visit here and spend your valuable time.
One of the jacket's back sewing popped and the threads on the tip of wrist were tearing apart only after wearing it 3~4 times. The worst part is the customer service, especially the owner. No sincere apologies. The owner was clearly annoyed about having to do this again and was not sorry for what happened at at all. His attitude was very dull, and he simply wanted me to go away. Very unprofessional. And now, when I went to pick up the jackets, they forgot to give back the pants for all 4 jackets. This is my 3rd time having to go there due to their mistakes.. It takes me 2 hours back and forth. I would not bother going this far for this place. Simply not worth it.

Mr. I’m has the most gentle yet good-humored personality and his suits are exquisite, perfectly tailored for each person and he is generous with his time. He will give you professional, expert advice and the fabrics to choose from are outstanding. Selfishly, I hope he never retires bc he’s second to none!

I went here with my father in law. He purchased a custom suit for me. I was a little guarded because korea town is not where I usually think of for custom suits. We started with picking fabric and then they measured me from head to toe. It was a fun experience especially being there with my in laws. We came back for another fitting. Then in 2 more weeks it was finished. I have to say it is the best fitting suit I've ever had. The fabric is awesome. I usually buy Canali and Hugo Boss. This suit surpasses them. The owner is nice. My sense is the price is very value based. Ie not overpaying for name brand. The place is busy and I'm sure he doesn't need reviews to survive. But I want to leave one.

When I first heard "Italian Custom", I thought they only have custom tailors. They have lots of selections for ready-to-wear suits with great price. Whether you're looking for custom suit or ready-to-wear, this is the place you should go.

Worst experience. Went there and looked for people to get help. Hearing eating sound but never showed up. I saw the back hair of one lady at office but never came to us. We just left without getting help after waiting 15 minutes.
