I bought some high quality swim shorts from overseas and forgot sizing was gonna be off. I couldn’t return it so I stopped by this shop to salvage it.

I got a quote over the phone and it was a descent and fair price but it would be ready in like 5 days. So today I decided to just walk in to see if I could do a same day service and they ended up being able to do it. It was a great deal and I’m very satisfied with the outcome. Looks like it came from the factory! Excellent stitch work and they turned an XL to a Medium size waist.

Excellent customer service, I highly recommend and I’ll definitely come back again with other clothing to alter when I lose more weight.

Got some suits altered because of weight loss and got them back in they fit excellently. Quality work for sure & definitely coming back with more stuff to get work on.

Also got some pants tapered and I got the legs shortened. I was very happy with the results! Great job again

I was compelled to rate this business with the lowest possible score due to the requirement of assigning at least one star to publish a review. My experience began with a phone inquiry about the cost of alterations for three suits, for which we were provided an initial quote covering adjustments to the shoulders and arms of the jackets. However, upon bringing the suits into Mario's, the quoted price was not honored, significantly diverging from what had been previously stated. Attempts to discuss the original quote were met with denial . This experience almost felt like a bait and switch, as the price at the shop escalated to nearly four times the initial estimate. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, the employee who had provided the quote refused to conduct the alterations, displaying both rudeness and hostility.

In search of alternatives, we discovered Tony's Tailor, a commendable establishment located just across from Mario's. Tony's not only re-measured the suits, correcting previous inaccuracies, but also offered transparent and fair pricing. Given this experience, I would strongly advise against utilizing Mario's services. Furthermore, I have reported this incident to the Better Business Bureau due to the unprofessional conduct encountered. It's disheartening to consider how many others may have been misled by this establishment.

Mario is a great tailor. He altered my suit and he made it perfect.

Update, I went back to him to make a slightly change on the size, and he made it for free and included it with the amount that I already paid. He didn’t asked for extra charges, and he didn’t even argue or complain.

This man is very professional and he was helpful. I’ll never go to any other tailor other than him!
