This is a great facility with excellent trainers. I began working with Gracie about a year ago and I have had tremendous results. Gracie takes care to learn what your goals are and then created tailored workouts to help you meet them. My goal was to run a half marathon and she strengthened my legs and improved my running form. Gracie also makes workouts fun! She is always positive and fun and makes her workouts different and interesting. I have worked with a handful of other trainers at PE and they are all good! I HIGHLY recommend this place!

I've been going for six months, my trainer is Karrie and I absolutely love her. I'm a middle aged woman that has alot of health issues. With that said she noticed my weakness and designed a specific plan for my needs. She has a trained detailed eye and knows when I struggle, she will modify my training and always focuses
on the positive . Everyone is nice and professional .
