Mike worked with us to modify house plans we had selected, did all of the engineering work, and provided all documents necessary for permit submittal. He was very communicative every step of the way, was super accommodating to our needs, and completed the work quickly. He is also a wealth of knowledge and provided a lot of guidance along the way. First time custom home builder here, and I can't say enough about how wonderful Mike has been throughout this process. His services were absolutely A+. Mike responded to every question and/or concern I had within minutes! If I had an issue he did not hesitate to assist and/or solve the problem. When I started to stress out about an issue, I would contact Mike and *BOOM* problem solved! He made me feel confident in his knowledge and it showed when everything got approved by the county ahead of the scheduled date after a few bumps in the road.
