I highly recommend Pet Care Professionals ! They answered the phone as soon as I called for an emergency with my cat ? Charlie. They made my cat a priority and they were very attentive. Dr Cappe is very personable and my animals actually enjoy when she shows up. I use to struggle wrangling up my cat to take him to the vet but now that the vet comes to my house it’s a lot less stress on my furry babies ? ? ! If ever in doubt of your pets health call Pet Care Professionals I did and I’m glad i did !

Dr. Kate is our first call when we have a question about our 5 dogs or cat. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and always easy to talk to. To note- one of our beloved older dogs had a back issue which she quickly diagnosed and prescribed an effective treatment plan where other vets had failed. It’s clear she has a passion for helping pets and people- we feel fortunate to have her as an advocate for our pets!

Dr. Cappe is one of the most patient and kind vet that I have ever used. My girl Amitz is a bit apprehensive when going to the vet. Dr. Cappe took her time when giving shots. Amitz didn’t even realize she got the shot! Her gentle hand went a long way. I have three dogs and a cat. All in her care! If my pets are happy, I’m happy! Thank you!

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Kate about a week ago, and she immediately recognized my dog behaviors and gently examined him to determine he was suffering from some spinal problems. I had been at both my regular vet and the emergency vet that week and still didn't have any answers. Dr. Kate prescribed him some meds, and we have been taking it easy and healing ever sense. I also have to say that she also came to James Island to see him, and he and I weren't doing well. He was in a lot of discomfort and I was lost without answers, and feeling helpless. She followed up with me a few days later, and was delighted to hear his progress. He wasn't vocalizing his pain anymore, and had started to bear weight down on his leg. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Kate, she will handle all of our pet care needs going forward. Thanks Dr. Kate, I really appreciate your gentle nature with Cappy and your service is top notch!! Will have you back out soon for little Gabby. I highly recommend Dr. Kate for your pet care needs, I only wish I would have found her sooner. ✌️

Our 15 yr old cat was having some problems. So we called Dr. Cappe. She came all the way out to our home. Which is somewhat out of her radius. She is very personal, kind, sweet and knowledgeable. Dr. Cappe and Jade (her assistant) were very gentle with our kitty. Who is very skittish around people that he doesn't know. They spent time explaining what she was going to do. She was very gentle when she took blood from Biggles. Afterward, she explained in great detail how to administer the medicine. We are very grateful for Dr. Cappe and Jade. We recommend Dr. Cappe for all your pet needs. Thank You ?

We just had a life saving visit from Pet Care Professionals. JR has been too much to handle and we couldn't get him in the truck to go to the vet and he was overdue for his shots plus he's been scratching his hair off. Mike found Pet Care and they came to our house, gave JR his shots, and trimmed his nails. Plus she told us how to help his skin condition. I recommend them to everyone.
