DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
Watch out for their shipping. My order took 15 days from the date ordered until it reached my door, sat in transit for 10 days with updates everyday around the same time but no locations, until the 10th day. It updated and said it was still in LA. It was being shipped from LA to Sacramento. Only for it to show up completely destroyed. Then when I requested to speak to a manager. They say they only correspond through email. It’s been 15 days now and still no word from management. They keep trying to Silence me. But I will continue to tell the people that their customer service sucks, their products come to you damaged, shipping is the worst. But they do not care. Not at all. Not even a little bit.
I have called numerous times with no return, I have sent countless emails with no help at all. This company claims they are a US based company. They are not. They make junk and don’t care about the customer!!

If I could give a negative ⭐️, I would! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The hat came folded in a box that was completely crushed! There was no way this hat was going to be delivered in a decent shape. Cheap material. Not worth the crushed cardboard it was shipped in!! And now they say “not eligible for returns” lol What a joke of a company!! See pictures

Garbage company. Ordered 3 hats which were not cheap only to have these guys send it a nylon bag resulting in them arriving damaged. Reached out and they never responded. Had to go to bank to dispute. Don’t buy from this company. Reviews speak for themselves. I should’ve done my research before buying.

I ordered from SA part of my order arrived very quickly, the part that was shipped USPS and finished with Canada Post (I live in Canada ).
The second part was shipped DHL and was lost somewhere in transat but I had a tracking number to follow it, the tracking stopped in Jamaica New York. Reached out and SA resent my order again by DHL and received it in a respectable amount of time.
Compared to other reviews I had a great experience.

Cheaply made over priced junk. 1-2 weeks shipping. And it the stitching fell apart while sitting on the table before I wore it. I have a HUK hat at work I abuse and it's in better shape for the same price

Pure LACK of customer service. After my order arrived missing a hat- we called and emailed, got no response. Then a week later the hat shows up completely DESTROYED! Called left voicemails because they flat out refuse to answer their phone! Two weeks later still no response, no call back. NOTHING. I would stay as far away from this company as possible. As far as the hat being destroyed I could blame on the shipping carrier, however SA company chose to put it in a plastic bag to ship it cheaper. So duh it’s going to get ruined. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed in their customer service or lack there of. I’ve had the hat sitting out flat over 2 weeks now & it still is messed up with broken straw pieces and incorrect shape. Absolutely ridiculous for how much they charge!!!

I placed an order for 2 hats. One arrived. The second never arrived. Cost me nearly $100 for these two hats. I've tried several times to contact customer service. You can only use "chat" and only speak to AI. Never was able to speak to a human. I am still without my hat nor a refund. I will be canceling payment via my bank.
