I have been to 50+ countries and all 7 continents and have always done my own planning. This time because of the logistics I decided to us a travel service, The reviews for SA Vacations were 5 star and I found no complaints when I checked BBB and Florida travel agents. The itinerary by Martha was superb as was the pre-trip information. Every person that was supposed to meet us at the airports and transfer us to the hotels were on time and friendly. The tour guides were on time and knowledgeable. Our transfers from the hotels to the airports went smoothly and the persons transporting us were friendly and helpful, printing our boarding passes, tagging and scanning our luggage and escorting us to the security gates. All the domestic flights were well arranged for our itinerary. I highly recommend SA Vacations and if I decide to use a travel service again it will be SA Vacations.

We had an amazing trip to Peru! Our travel agency, SA Vacations, was very thorough. All of the tour guides were excellent. The tickets, transportation, and hotels were very well organized. The highlight was seeing Machu Picchu! It was absolutely incredible! We loved the cultural experiences, the food, the sightseeing, and all of the history. We highly recommend booking your tour with SA Vacations.

SA Vacations was great. When we had a medical emergency one day before we were to leave on our trip, they quickly rescheduled us so we could still go on our trip. During our trip we had a flight cancelation, they quickly rescheduled us on a flight earlier than what the airline was going to give us. The itinerary by Martha was very detailed and kept us informed about what we were going to do each day. I would recommend putting WhatsApp on your phone, both SA Vacations and the tour providers use this app to communicate. We had very quick responses from all parties. I highly recommend SA Vacations and if I decide to use a travel service again it will be SA Vacations.

Just returned from a flawless and awesome trip to Santiago, Chile and Easter Island! Martha and Alan at South American Vacations arranged this perfect trip and 5 friends (from the US and Europe) met up with our guide at the airport in Chile and spent 3 days in Santiago and 4 days on Easter Island in top accommodations and with great tours. There was always something happening, everything was on time (exactly) and we were able to customize as we went. In Santiago, the Hotel Singular Santiago was ideally located with helpful staff, sophisticated rooms and in a great neighborhood with quaint shops, bakeries, and restaurants. We toured the city, visited a winery, and spent a day at the coast in Valparaiso. The Explora Rapa Nui on Easter Island is worth every bit of the cost (I had been hesitant) with amazing interactive tours and hikes, top notch food and drink (all inclusive) and the best staff anywhere. Highly recommended!

Our family just returned from an amazing two week trip to Peru facilitated by South American Vacations. It was a well balanced agenda (Lima, Cusco, Machu Picchu, rainforest) and we felt we gained a good sense of the country. Martha was extremely well organized and helpful in every aspect. The local guides she works with were very helpful, always on time and it was interesting to hear their inside perspective of Peru. Going through South American Vacations has saved us much time and the trip was efficient in that we never had to wait for buses, tour guides etc. We highly recommend South American Vacations and are looking forward to plan our next trip with them.

Martha put together my trip of a lifetime to Chile. There were many highlights including Petrohué Falls and Torres del Paine. Also Easter Island. The trip went seamlessly and I enjoyed every minute. I highly recommend using her services

I just returned from an amazing 2 1/2 week South American Vacations tour! Martha was very organized, knowledgeable, able to put together a trip that included all of the many places I wanted to visit, and was always available to answer questions. I visited Chile (Santiago and Easter Island), Argentina (Buenos Aires, Tigre, and Iguazu Falls), and Brazil (Iguazu Falls and Rio de Janeiro). Every time I landed at an airport (I took many flights) a guide was there waiting for me with my name on a whiteboard. The guides, who were all very helpful and courteous, took me to my hotels and gave me an itinerary for the days I would be in that city. All of my tours were small and the guides were knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed all of the places I visited and the various tours that I took on my vacation. I didn’t want to leave! I’m already planning my next trip with South American Vacations. I highly recommend South American Vacations and Martha as a trip coordinator.
