I tried to call and had them decline my call and start texting me? For some reason when asked why they just said they’re too busy to talk, but not to text. Weird if you ask me. Also tried to arrange an appointment and would not have minded waiting a few weeks to get my dress altered and they completely told me no. The lady or guy texted telling me how they have too much work and won’t take in any other stuff and that was it, wouldn’t reply to me after that and made it really seem like I was bothering them. Didn’t even give me a date when they maybe weren’t as busy so I could possibly arrange an appointment. I honestly would not bring in any of my dresses because of how poor the customer service is when i’m just trying to get a few questions answered.
