If you respect your time, your money, and your garments, I can’t recommend this place.

I have gotten 4 pieces altered here, 3 different times.

None of the pieces have been done when I came to pick them up. All the pieces I specified original hem AND pre paid extra for were not done with their original hem, and all the altered pieces had uneven stitching

Quality, dependability, and value doesn’t exist here

Writing this on 9/20 as I’m sitting here waiting for them to fix my pieces. Note that my pick up date was 9/12 and I’ve already come here TWICE to get my items

I took in a dress that had a half slip- you could see the slip across mid-thigh through the dress as it was a tad see through, so I requested that he remove the half slip and line the inside to the bottom so there would not be a line across mid-dress, as well as add a slit. He did not remove the existing slip- just added new fabric to the existing half slip, which means you can see the thick seam line through the dress still at mid thigh- defeating the purpose. He also didn't sew the slip/lining to the dress, so the opening of the slit doesn't line up. I was charged $75 for this, left the dress there for 4 weeks- which is a bummer since it did not achieve anything I brought it in for and I don't have time to bring it back to him before my event.

I came in with my wedding dress LAST minute. He stayed in contact with me throughout his work and altered my dress perfectly the way I needed it. Definitely coming back!

Maitham is the best tailor I’ve used. Not only is he an expert at his craft, he’s one of the friendliest and most professional. It can be months between visits, and every time I enter his store he remember me by name and asks about my family. I will never go to another tailor because of his genuine personality and quality of work.

I got a bridesmaids dress hemmed for myself and a few pairs of my boyfriend’s golf pants hemmed as well. We had a great experience and will definitely use Denver Tailoring again! Very thorough about taking measurements, and our pieces were ready on time and looked perfect!

I found my dream wedding dress second-hand, but it was a size too large, so I decided to check out Denver Tailoring to see what they could do. Maitham reduced the size perfectly! So much care was put into the alterations that it looked brand new! I highly recommend bringing your wedding/prom/formal dresses here, especially if you have a dress with a mix of fabrics. I'm very happy with how my dress turned out and will definitely be coming back for future alterations! Beautiful work!
