Yusuf is hands down the best blonde stylist in the DC area! I have never left an appointment unhappy, and have truly converted every blonde I know to switch to him. He is incredibly talented and it’s always a great experience!

I went here to get my roots blended and left with bright yellow hair and severe chemical burns on my scalp after the stylist left the bleach in my hair for close to 50 minutes. I was in severe pain the whole time but because this place has such a great reputation I put my trust in the process. The burns on my scalp are severe and painful I’m quite upset about it. They did give a refund so that helps a bit but i’m still not happy

Best Salon in DC!
Suat did a wonderful job with my hair. I got a cut, blow dry and split end treatment. My hair went from looking dead to very healthy. I appreciated him taking the time and recommending the split end treatment. There was a huge difference with my hair after. Thank you for everything!

I just moved to DC about a year ago and had trouble finding the right salon for blonde highlights. Now that I’ve found Yusuf and the Polin Salon there’s no going back! He does an incredible job and has a good eye. Also, my highlights stayed in for longer than they normally do! Price is competitive and you get an incredible value. His haircuts are awesome too. 5 stars!!!

Yusuf and Suat are the very best... They listen, give great styling advices, take their time, and most importantly they deliver!!! I have never been disappointed by the balayage/highlights/ombre on my dark curly and dry hair, or by the long lasting sophisticated blow drys and can only highly recommend this awesome salon with the nicest stylists. Skills and Professionalism in the Georgetown/Gloverpark neighborhood. Thank you Yusuf&Suat!

This is a great salon. Yusuf is a well-known and respected hair stylist in the DC/Geirgetown area, and has years of experience. He is amazing with color, blowouts and soecial treatments. He is punctual, professional, and considerate of client needs,. Location is great with lots of street parking. You can easily book online, but he is very busy so book early!
