I've been looking for a go-to alterations place since we moved here 3 years ago. For timing, they take about 2 weeks. I've had pants hemmed and my daughter's prom dress altered.

I brought over 2 pair of pants to have the hook redone to one with buttonhole. The sweater I needed to have eye and hook in 2 places I asked to put on the pants so she can measure, she insisted that I did not need to. When I picked up the pants, loop was done, but the button was way off. I told her about it, she said that I wanted it that way, and was reluctant to redo the button. I reminded her that she was the one to insist that she did not need me to put on the pants for her to measure, after that she reluctantly redid one pair. The other pair, I had to redo it myself knowing she gave me that attitude. It was not cheap for $12 charge for each pant to do the buttonhole and sew the button. The sweater she charged 12 just to sew the hook and eye. I was willing to pay the price to get this done, since I do not have a sewing machine to do the buttonhole. But the owners need to have better attitude to take care of customers. I would not recommend this place

Got two pairs of jeans hemmed - very reasonable price of $12 each, tried them on after coming back a week later to pick them up, and they were measured and done perfectly. Great quality work for a great price.

I've been going to Lee for years. She's incredibly professional and does an absolutely amazing job every single time. I had an old sport coat that I inherited from my father. It didn't fit me too well and being from the 90's it could have used some updating. Not only did Lee repair it but she made it fit like a glove and look more modern.
She's awesome and I couldn't recommend Sew and So more.

These ladies are so kind. I had an odd rush order that I found out about last minute. My request was for help closing the back of a powerlifting bench press shirt. They sewed a really nice elastic closure that is quite strong through a tough material and did it same day. I will come back here over and over! Huge thank you!
