I went in to get my elopement/wedding dress hemmed & fitted on the top and it came out great! I was nervous about the amount of time I gave them since I brought it in last minute (3 weeks before the date I needed it back) and it was still ready on time. The owner and tailor were very quick, efficient and helpful.

Unfortunately my wedding dress was hemmed way too short. Needed 5 inches off, but instead 10 inches was cut off and was not able to be fixed. My ankles were showing from the front of the dress.

Dropped my son's backpack off to have the zipper replaced. Was told it would be ready in 3 days. They kept the promise of 3 days, but the finished job is horrible. The zipper was sewn on backwards. The closing is on the bottom of the bag instead of on top. The piping was hanging off in 2 major areas of the backpack. Thread is everywhere. And because of the way it was done, you can't unzip it all the way because you won't be able to zip it back up. No way this zipper is going to hold. Best part, we were told that the woman who did it went back to China for a month. So within 3 days she did this messy job and left ... that's the excuse at least.

I had them alter my wedding dress and add a bustle (with many hooks since my train was so long and heavy). They did an amazing job and for a much better price than other places wanted to charge me. Probably at least half the cost of what other places wanted me to pay. I got so many compliments on how beautiful my dress was and how perfectly it fit me. I would highly recommend them for any alteration, especially wedding dresses! Thank you ladies so much for all of your hard work in making my dress look gorgeous!

Back at the end of 2106, I had her hem a four pairs of pants for me and she did an awesome job. She was friendly and kind AND reasonably priced. At the beginning of 2017, I had two more pants that needed to be hemmed. I live in Castle Rock, but was willing to drive to her location because of the quality of her work and the kindness she posses towards her customers. My Mother was already sick at this point and I had a T-Shirt that she normally would have hemmed for me, but was unable to, so I took that to Prawnee as well. I told her about my Mom being sick etc. Fast forward to now. I moved into a new house after my Mother passed last year. I bought curtains that needed to be hemmed. I again made the trip because I knew Prawnee would do a good job. It has been two years since I was in there and not only did she remember me, but asked about my Mom. In my book, that is AWESOME customer service when someone remembers her customers from only a few visits AND asked about my Mom considering it only came up once. She did my curtains the same day AND made ties for them. I'm extremely happy with my curtains and felt special that she even remembered me.
