I never thought that I would own or need a custom built suit. My fiancee and I came in to see options for a suit for our wedding, and I left having ordered 2! I'll never go back to a box-store purchased suit. The suits are beautiful, fit perfectly, and very reasonably priced. Well worth it.

I didn't know what to expect when I decided on a custom suit for my wedding, but Bradley made it so easy. He laid out all of my customization options in a straightforward way, and was transparent about industry standards versus his personal tastes (which reflected my own, making things even easier).

He guided me through every step of the process on his end, and kept me up to date on what was happening when there was a delay due to a manufacturing defect.

I can't recommend Bradley at Black Lapel enough. My suit came out amazing and I'm so excited to wear it on my wedding day and beyond.

I was a customer of Ratio which now falls under the Black Lapel label. I am tall and prefer custom tailored dress clothes. I was very happy with a custom suit and several shirts that I purchased from Ratio a couple years ago and had a need for a couple sport jackets, so decided to go back. I found out Ratio is now Black Lapel and had moved locations. I know that acquisitions can be good or bad, but decided to give Black Lapel a try.

The new manager, Bradley, made me feel immediately comfortable. He is very knowledgeable in the men’s fashion space and walked me through picking from a wide range of colors, fabrics, and options as well as handling the measurements. I received my two jackets two weeks earlier than expected and they both fit perfectly without the need for any minor adjustments. I like the jackets so much that I will be order a few pairs of pants to go with them.

Bradley was amazing!!! Will be back for all future suits/event needs! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable and had our best interest in mind. He was patient with us and dealt with all of our requests and concerns. His precise measurements left us with no alterations! Thank you soooo much! My soon to be husband will definitely be a sharp dressed man!
