This is my go to tailor! I had my wedding dress, reception dress and my husband’s suit done here. They’re so well priced and very quick! Everything I’ve had done only takes a week. Definitely recommend!

When I got home and looked at the stitching it looked really bad. My pants also fit the same as they did when I brought them in. The stitching at the bottom hem of my pants isn't even sewn down (so it's a section that isn't even attached inside). The people were nice and the service was cheap. It took a week for me to get my pants (I had to call them). I also noticed after getting my pants home in better lighting there was these faint stains on them that weren't there when I brought them in (they are brand new custom pants). I am just going to stick to a much more formal tailor. I guess you get what you pay for. These pants are for a wedding that I now have to find other pants for.

Update: you HAVE to take your clothes to Michael iji custom design and tailor....he literally SAVED these pants! He is amazing! He's in Cary as well! Check him out!

Very nice people. Unfortunately, after attempting to have a bridesmaid’s dress altered twice, I had to give up and go to another place. To be fair, the dress was quite large and had a lot of folds, etc.

Excellent customer service, they gave us multiple options for a last minute repair, and now my daughter is off to the prom!!! The dress was altered perfectly and you cannot tell the difference. Thank you very much.

I took my wedding dress here and they did a wonderful job shortening the beaded straps, hemming the multiple layers, and adding a bustle. When I came back for a fitting they made sure everything was perfect and made adjustments until it was just right. I'm very pleased with the quality or work and time they took to make my wedding dress perfect for my big day. Thanks you Cary Tailor Shop!

Ms. Lin is a very very nice person. Although I have the same family name with her, I am not her relative. She did the measurement for me for FREE when I need to order a wedding dress from China. I did not know her at all but she consisted that the service was free. When we were waiting, she served us two bottles of water although she knew that the service was free. I feel that I owe her a lot. If I need any alterations, I will go to this shop. Highly recommended for her personality and excellent skills

I am afraid I have to leave the first bad review of this tailor. I brought a For Love and Lemons tank there to shorten the straps, which should be an easy job. However, she did them unevenly, one is significantly longer than the other. I called them and they promised they can alter it to the same length to the longer side. But when I asked my BF to bring it back, they kept saying to my BF "are you sure your wife does not have uneven shoulders? You know, many women have that problem, and they actually want it this way." How ridicules! They finally did it again to the same length to SHORT side! I am very unhappy about the result! It is a $200+ tank!

This is by far the best tailor I have had. They are courteous, professional, friendly and fast. The pricing is really reasonable and the work done was quality. I had a gown that I needed sized on the top (front and back). I brought it in on a Saturday and needed it by the following Thursday. This woman had it done on Wednesday and they are closed on Sunday and Monday. That is customer service! Top notch establishment!
