Whatever you do, do not go here. They will destroy your hair. I went in last Saturday (the day before Mother’s Day) for a perm touch up and a TRIM. Before she put the perm onto my hair she cut it. I told her to take 2 inches off. She ended up taking about 4-5 inches off my length. I also informed the stylist that I did not want layers and she did them anyways because she said my hair was “thick and heavy” and it “needed the layers”. Now I have had perms done in the past so I know how they are done. From my knowledge a perm is supposed to sit on your hair for a max 20 minutes. She left me sitting in the sink area with no timer and came back over 30 minutes later to wash my hair out she did not put anything on my hair besides rinsing it out. Once it was washed out she proceeded to cut my hair again (before I saw my hair). I asked her why does she need to cut my hair again because she had already cut it before the perm went in, her first response to me was “the ends are straight so I’m going to cut them off so the curls pop more” I made it very clear that I did not want anymore of my hair cut off.
( for reference of my length before this was about 3 inches past my collarbone) At this point she turned me around to see my hair and I immediately started crying looking at my hair now almost 7 - 8 inches shorter than when I came in. My ends were ramen noodles and as I lightly tugged on my ends they came right off like butter. Not to mention it was ALL DIFFERENT LENGTHS. I asked to speak to the manager or boss in charge. As he told me they like to give the best customer service I told him I should not have to pay full price OR EVEN AT ALL for this service that quite literally ruined my hair for Mother’s Day. He proceeded to give me 10$ off and when I paid with my card they charged 5$ .. so I got 5$ off of a service that destroyed my hair and won’t be the same for years now. Immediately after this service I had to go upstairs to a wig shop and spend 500$ on a wig to cover up what they did to me. The lady that installed my wig said my hair smelled of chemicals, was stringy falling out in pieces as she washed my hair. NOW a week later I washed my hair and yet again my hair started to come right out in the shower and felt like mush!!! I WILL BE SUEING THIS COMPANY IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE SERVICE I PAID, THE WIG I HAD TO BUY, AS WELL AS PAIN AND SUFFERING.

Maddy is amazing! She was so attentive to detail! I have culy hair and some people don't cut curly hair correctly. But she did a wonderful job. She was very fun to talk to and made me feel so relaxed. I definitely want her to be my stylist from now on! Thank you Maddy for taking your time with me! If I could give you a million stars I would!

I really wanted to give zero stars….Please don’t go here. I was short on money so…. You get what you pay for I guess, you know? The ends are not even, it cost extra for a hair wash, dry, and using a hair straightener. For real. I know many places do charge extra for washing and drying, but I’ve never had this experience. She cut my hair while it was dry, which I’m not used to. She didn’t seem like she knew what she was even doing. I’m really not even sure this places hires actual hair stylists with a cosmetology degree. I was asking her questions about how to take care of my hair moving forward but she didn’t know. All she said was “oh we have really good hair treatments to buy but they’re expensive” Dumb. She wasn’t very friendly either. BUT what I HATED THE MOST was that when she was done I COULD NOT USE THE HAIR BRUSH!!!!!! That made me pissed. It’s a freaking hair brush. Okay you’ll let me use the mirror but not a brush? Yeah, that makes sense. She didn’t even brush it out! My hair was recently bleached so it’s easily knotted I came home to brush it only to end up with it knotting! THANKS. Let’s just cause further damage. She didn’t use anything to detangle my hair. I don’t care if this says one star I AM MARKING THIS REVIEW AS 0 STARS! Absolutely horrible.

Just be picky about who you get if you dye your hair. I was too trusting, & in a rush. I got a young woman who didn’t seem concerned when my mix was turning pink, and now I have fried, red hair.
I went in to get my grays covered, and now I have a whole other issue. My hair is fine, so I hope it takes another color.
At the time, I thought I liked it, was a little shocked at how red it was, but I went with it, because honestly it was better than gray.
Now, 5 weeks later, my hair is so fried that I’m going to also have to get it cut.
To the young stylists: pretend like every customers hair, is your own.

7.50 pm.. i only wanted to reply to owners comment .. you have always been very pleasant and as I had mentioned to you we have never been through such a horrifying ordeal before specially wherein my mother had a reaction that thankfully she pointed out immediately otherwise we would have had to make a trip to urgent care . My mother being a senior citizen with limited income wasn't happy specially when she had the reaction never happened before and could have been worse . I myself have seen the expressions of both hair dressers and with my customer service experience I can immediately sense the racist vibe. I have been going to this salon for years for myself ,my daughtet and my mother . It is shocking that I had the most expensive horrible experience. The two ladies who were assigned to my mother n daughter each appeared to be racist as could feel that they didn't like when called to assist my family . My mother had immediate very itchy sensation as soon the person started to apply the hair color n this happened for the first time n had to be washed off immediately. But we were being charged full amount , we had to reason with the owner n then he didn't charge for the color . My mother had reddish skin n thankfully she pointed out the itchiness early otherwise her skin n hair would have been damaged . She shouldn't have paid anything at all but per our decency , we paid for the cut n blowdry .My daughter's hairdresser charged $24.00 for just half inch of trimming of hair n bangs . She also looked disinterested n had a irritated look to assist my daughter .

I went in and asked for an inch off my hair and just reshaping my beard a little bit. I left with a beard that was less than half its original length my mustache completely shaved off and my beard was completely shaved off my cheeks and face down so it now starts below my jawline. I look like a freak and I’ll never be going back genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had and now I’m stuck looking like a freak for months until it grows back this place should be shut down truly shameful

Jesus was my barber. Quite possibly the worst haircut of my life. Absolutely no care at all, did not line anything up, didn’t clean anything, didn't like it when I asked him to even out both sides, and also cut into my hair at the back, not even straight across. Genuinely horrendous, I can’t stress it enough.
