I did not have a good experience with Elle.B. I spent a small fortune in extensions only to have them placed incorrectly. I had bruising on my scalp from the beads and wefts. I was in a lot of pain and was told the pain was normal, I could take Tylenol if I needed to. A week went by before my scalp began to feel “normal” again.
By the end of 8 weeks I had my husband cut them out and I lost a MASSIVE amount of hair and I’ve been too scared to try extensions again. I completely understand that you are supposed to lose hair when removing them due to the natural shedding not taking place, but this was an extremely large amount of shedding. Likely due to how the beads and wefts were applied. Elle.b wasn’t the right fit for me.

Courtney was so sweet. I hadn’t had a haircut in quite a while. She was so patient listening to my requests and offering suggestions to make it even better. Was my first time here and she treated me like a regular. Even gave me suggestions for local places to check out in the area since I’m not from here. She made my hair look beautiful again and I left the salon with so much more confidence I didn’t come in with. Would give her a 10 out of 5 if I could. Thanks, Courtney!

Both Courtney and the treatment were amazing!! She was so sweet and provided me with a very sincere and honest assessment of my hair’s condition as well as my current style. I felt so comfortable with her, the salon and the products. I never felt pressured by her to purchase anything or commit to any services that would need frequent maintenance, as many stylists and salons do. Ashley did my bridal hair on my wedding day and she was INCREDIBLE! She knew exactly the vibe I was going for and made me feel beautiful while still feeling like myself on my big day. My glam curls lasted all night, and she even helped me execute a second hairstyle for my reception and created the perfect, effortless low bun so I could dance the night away without worrying about my hair. Ashley has also given me fabulous haircuts, she can really do it all!

I would leave a higher review if I could!!! Michelle did such an amazing job, I was terrified going into it (I’ve got many past bad haircuts) but I never should have doubted her. She made me look and feel so pretty!! Definitely worth the price if you’re looking for professionalism!
