Rooms and staff were good, I would stay here again. Unfortunately, the lobby was being renovated during our 6 night stay and the dust was a bit troublesome. It should be completed by now. Breakfast was typical of this type hotel, with a hot egg dish and meat option, with bread, rolls, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit and the coffee was surprisingly very good. Wannamaker park ($2/person) next door has something for all ages, lots of kid options. The water park is now only open on weekends.

Lobby area is undergoing renovation which starts at 9:00 when the breakfast service ends and runs until 7:00 in the evening. New carpets, tile, walllpaper, a lot of work. Noisy, dusty. Breakfast is set up temporarily in the meeting rooms. Decent food but no ambience. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is plentiful since few people are staying here while the work is done.|Rooms are OK with a nice seating area. Bedroom end of suite is small, A/C is noisy. Shower is OK, housekeeping staff does a good job.

The location was perfect for my needs. Amenities and major roads were right outside. The printer was broken, which caused a problem for me and other business travelers. The coffee was horrible, but Dunkin and Starbucks are across the way. The rooms had carpet and smelled horrible. I sprayed Lysol on everything . The stains on the sofa were concerning since they were very dark and possible body fluids. I didn't use it. It was nice to have 2 televisions. I was able to listen to the Sunday services as I got dressed for departure. Overall, it was a good deal price wise. The staff were always polite and tried to meet your needs. Overall, it was good for the rate.

I'm still giving 5 stars, but currently the hotel is under renovation, so the lobby is not looking it's best. However, before checking in, I was upgraded to a better room, which was a nice touch. Marriott is usually reputable. Room was clean, but furniture had stains. Overall good experience so far.

The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had good pressure. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. We had an issue with our room keys not working, and it was taken care of promptly.

Recognized as a Titanium Elite at check-in by Ron. The room was very clean, including the bathroom. It was plus 95 degrees but the AC kept the room cool. I don't have unreasonable expectations for Fairfield breakfasts, but it was adequate.

My family and I checked in on Thursday evening. We went about town all day on Friday got back to the hotel for dinner. Our rooms were not touched. Come to find out they only exchange towels every other day but that doesn't mean the room can't get serviced - so I thought. On Saturday we were up at the crack of dawn out and about all day. Came back that evening and still no fresh towels, no room service, no bed made, no trash emptied, NOTHING! The front desk gave us fresh towels but on Sunday I had to express how unhappy I was about the room service. You at least empty trash daily. I understand no clean sheets every day (since COVID), but tell me that when I am reserving the room so I can decide if I want to stay there or not. Finally after unsuccessfully trying to communicate with Housekeeping (Spanish speaking only) she finally vacuumed, emptied the trash and made the bed. Still no fresh sheets since checking in.... Not acceptable.
