I bought a jacket that was given to me as a gift (brand new) to get tailored because it was too big. When I went to go pick it up it was stained with what looked like ink blots, I explained to him that it was new when I bought it in and it could not have possibly been stained, since it literally came out of the shopping bag. He said he would send it to the cleaners to see if they could clean it or identify the stain. I returned to be told that supposedly the dry cleaner said it had previously been washed, and they were old ink blots and could no longer be removed. Not only can I assure you the jacket was not washed since I took the tags off of it and it was a gift, but I’ve had other garments stained with ink that I have taken to the dry cleaner that they have been able to clean with no issue.
The older gentleman said he wasn’t going to charge me as if that would somehow fix my jacket. Again this was a unique gift that I cannot find again. Please do not risk your items at this location. I do not recommend it.

I've been going here for years. The last few times since Gino has been away, has not been satisfactory. They take too long now to get your clothing back and prices have gone way up. Today was the last straw. I took in 2 dresses last week to be altered which was going to cost me $42. Fine, I was willing to pay that ridiculous price. So today I go to pick up and come to find they only did one stating the other had "too much material" to fix. I am totally baffled by this answer. Don't you have scissors to cut the excess material then sew? Aren't you all professionals? This is totally unacceptable. Never going back.

They promised to have my dress tailored 4-days after I dropped it off. I went to go pick it up, and they said, “Oh we lost your number. We couldn’t do it.” It was only to close up the slit of a dress. RIDICULOUS! Horrible management and extremely poor customer service! Will not recommend nor return. I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know of this horrible experience. Do not go here.

Mr. Gino has passed away, and now his wife is running the shop. She does very good work. However, her work is very pricey.

As a Marine who needs to look crisp in uniforms, this shop did an excellent job of shrinking the waist a whole 2inches and making it look like it was never tailored! Only $25!

Would recommend to anyone needing their outfits to be fitted to your body!

These older men have so much experience on them and the price is perfect.
