I placed an order of capes along with an apron over a year ago and the quality is still great. Bleach proof and mostly water resistant. I recently ordered several new robes and my clients love them! They’re a similar material to the capes but a bit lighter. I noticed a small tear in one of the robes shortly after purchasing and I reached out to the company and they responded quickly and kindly offering to replace the robe once I submitted photos. Highly recommend this business!!

I have ordered twice from this company. The first order that I placed came in as expected, Although the capes fell apart in the seams. They did eventually replace them. They lasted about 6 years. I ordered another 30 custom capes in June 2024. I was contacted multiple times and given a ship date of July 12 2024. Today is August 7 and yesterday because of no return calls and no capes. I issued a CCard dispute with the company. The sales agents that were assisting me phones have been disconnected…
I would not recommend ordering with this company as they are not very reliable with communication and honoring their promises. I have been really anticipating and needing these capes. Now 2 full months later I’m back to square one. All in all it has been a complete waste of time to order with G&M Salon Apparel… 🙁

I ordered capes aprons and robes and I’m super impressed with the quality of everything, the embroidery looks amazing. I would definitely order from here again!

I’m soooooo in love with my products from G&M Apparel. I ordered capes and robes from them. I received my stuff within 3 weeks of ordering it. They kept me updated throughout the whole process. I needed them before Christmas but got it a couple days after which is fine cause I know how hectic the holidays are. The quality of these robes and capes are superbbb! Better than anything I’ve ordered in the past. Will definitely be ordering with them again!

G&M did an amazing job on the embroidery of my logo. I was very pleased and impressed. Would of given 5 ? but I was getting nervous about receiving my order. The communication got a little sketchy for a minute... but they redeem themselves once I received it. Amazing work! I will be ordering more products in the future.
