Kathy's Alterations & Tailoring

Kathy just saved my butt on a wedding I was a part of this last weekend. Due to some unfortunate circumstances my bridesmaids dress arrived extremely late. A coworker recommended Kathy to me; he uses her for alterations quite often. She was a little hesitant at first. She didn't want to promise something she couldn't deliver. But after seeing the dress in person, she accepted the job. I dropped it off Tuesday morning and picked it up Wednesday night. I was very happy with the work and with the price. Kathy is very professional. I highly recommend her.

I had a couple pairs of pants tapered here, and Kathy was very pleasant to work with. She did not give me a quote until she saw the items of clothing on me so she could make suggestions on what to alter; this made a lot of sense to me. She did an excellent job with both pairs, and it turned out to be very reasonably priced compared to other places I called. Overall had a great experience, and will definitely be returning for future alterations!

Kathy’s is awesome! Her prices are great and so is her work ? I’ve now had pants, dresses and tops altered by her. Definitely will continue coming back.

If I could give 65 bad reviews, I would. That is how much it was for a simple hem for a single layered dress that didn't even cost $65 to start with. This was not a rushed job, as I took the dress in 2 weeks before I needed it back. I was shocked when she said it was $65. I have had complicated prom dresses with many under layers hemmed for less. Definately would NOT recommend and my family will never go back.

Kathy is wonderful. She was shortstaffed and was still able to shorten up the sleeves on a new suit jacket under a serious time constraint. Prices on alterations seem very reasonable. I will be taking all my suits in for alterations soon.
