I️ called at 8:20am to see if I️ could come in for some Smedium knotless but I️ needed to be gone by 3pm she said “oh we’ll be done before than” and yes she was correct. I have had my hair braided twice here and both times the work and service was great. I came to Ms. Queen kind of last minute asking the price of some cornrows as she was getting ready to leave for the the night and even though she was ready to go home, she took me in anyway. Ms Queen made sure I liked the thickness and style of my braids and did an amazing job. ?

They are very nice, I got my daughter's hair done but they were way overpriced. Both hairstyles I got feeder braids with a combination of Nautilus braids but they still add too much hair on it. And I asked the lady for one style and she took it into her own hands and gave me another style I would not recommend this place but they were very nice.

I went here a while back. I was new to hair braiding. I decided to get cornrows and due to not having a lot of hair I was told they would be tight but they can get them done. There were only 2 stylist. They had a beautiful young lady braid my hair, who did a great job. The issue came in with the random changes on prices being as I knew nothing about hair braiding.

For 6 rows it was 85. I paid and left enjoying my braids. Next visit I had taken the braids out and washed it. I then let another friend braid it and didn’t like it, so I undid the braids and then came back. The price was now 110. I looked at the older hairstylist, and then back at the young hairstylist in disbelief. Female friends and family told me I didn’t need to pay over 80 (and that’s with a wash included). So when she said 110 and turned her head around to refocus on her current client quickly, I realized how shady she was. Realizing I was questioning the pricing she turned back around and I told her “that’s pretty steep”. She went back to 85 and said “don’t go anywhere else, only go here.” Stating that they know my hair now and what it takes. Someone else in my head could mess it up and now they have to redo it. Understandable if I didn’t have my hair ready to just work on like the first visit. I got the cornrows and after vacation, I cut my hair to avoid this mess ever again.

I do not know if the older woman is still there, but beware of prices changing if you aren’t very savvy with the cost of work being done in your head.

I love p palace ! I’ve been coming here for over 4 years and Queen has been braiding my hair for 6 years + ..my daughter and my mom come here as well. Every style that I want they have accomplished it and I always get a lot of compliments on my hair. They don’t braid to tight and leave ur edges out and pulled out lol. Three different styles
