Professional and personable. Paul Li came to my house for a full assessment. Plans were drawn and calculations were performed. I changed my design. Plans were drawn and calculations were performed. We did this several more times. We finally finished and I was very pleased with the work. Through this process I had the opportunity to get to know Paul Li and his draftsman Chet. These guys are great. I wanted my house to be well built and these guys will spend the time needed to create the best building you can imagine. I expect perfection and that’s what I got. Grossly overcharged $9000 me for drawings for three wall openings. Two other engineers would have done it for $1200-2200 according to my contractor and a construction attorney.
