Printing Essentials has been my life saver many times when I needed supplies for a printer or paper or printing (usually asking for a fast turnover time). I have bought a laser printer and it is a work horse and I have been very satisfied with it. It certainly has paid for itself many times over. I was having some printing issues with red down the sides of the paper. I received an answer within an hour and a new cartridge ordered and a quick install.. Thank you for fast quality service.

7-15-2024 Update: I sent an email on Saturday (late afternoon) that I had need of 4 printer cartridges for upcoming printer jobs and did not want to run out. Monday morning at 10 am, they were delivered to my door! Thank you again for the service you provide to me.

The best customer service I’ve received or witnessed from any business in any market...and I’ve been in sales for years. I ordered some printed material I needed, around 3:45, and the lady who answered said she could have it done for me by 4:30. I didn’t realize 4:30 was their closing time. Because of my ignorance, and partly because of M-66 road construction, I was sent on a large detour when I passed Printing Essentials and put me getting there at 4:45. I called and Greg answered, I explained my situation and, because he was working from his home office in Lake Odessa, he said he’d call the PE office and let them know I was coming. He called me back 2 minutes later and said no one was there but that he’d drive there to get me my stuff. It was $4.45 worth of product. You guys, I’ll never go anywhere else for printing needs!

Tried to keep my business local and have ordered numerous signs from them over last 3 years. Very frustrating when you have to keep calling them because they can’t follow through like they said. Gave them one more chance by requesting two simple sign banners like previously ordered and over two weeks later they haven’t even started on proof. Going to Grand Rapids instead.
