Rachel and her team are truly amazing! Rachel personally worked with my dress every time after my first few visits, and she was not giving up until my dress was perfect for me! Through multiple visits we managed to have my dress exacting how I wanted it, and I cannot thank them enough for putting up with me and my pickiness!!

Rachel is very kind and you can tell instantly when you meet her that she really knows what she is doing. She saved my dress in plenty of time for my wedding and I'm so glad I found her! She did an amazing job adding new sleeves to my dress after somewhere else messed up with the previous pair and made my dress totally not fit. Everyone I encountered here was nice and knowledgeable and their turnaround time is great. Anything I or anyone in my family needs altered in the future will go straight to Perfect Fit!

I had a terrible experience trying to get my wedding dress altered here. I was recommended to go here from the place I bought my wedding dress and know several brides who have taken their dresses here. I made an appointment for 4pm and showed up right on time. I had to wait 45 minutes until I was directed to a room to put on my dress to be altered. I sat in my dress for another 45 minutes without anyone helping me and finally left without a word from anyone who worked there. What was supposed to be an exciting time wearing my dress for the first time since purchasing quickly turned into an experience that was less than desirable as a bride.
