Performance Experience -

This is a great facility with excellent trainers. I began working with Gracie about a year ago and I have had tremendous results. Gracie takes care to learn what your goals are and then created tailored workouts to help you meet them. My goal was to run a half marathon and she strengthened my legs and improved my running form. Gracie also makes workouts fun! She is always positive and fun and makes her workouts different and interesting. I have worked with a handful of other trainers at PE and they are all good! I HIGHLY recommend this place!

I've been going for six months, my trainer is Karrie and I absolutely love her. I'm a middle aged woman that has alot of health issues. With that said she noticed my weakness and designed a specific plan for my needs. She has a trained detailed eye and knows when I struggle, she will modify my training and always focuses on the positive . Everyone is nice and professional . my training

Amazing atmosphere with great trainers that are truly invested in helping you reach your goals at every level of fitness! Business that has value and can give you the tools to meet your goals. The sports training is genuine and with the intent that every drill and every exercise has a purpose for an increase in skill. I recommend to any and everyone.
