He has always been the master at his craft. My son and I have been using his business for more than 30 years. The best tailor in town for sure!

I brought an overcoat in to have the sleeves shortened. This was made more involved by the functional button-holes at the wrist, requiring the sleeves to be brought up from the shoulder. Erik didn't shy away from the job, was upfront that it would be more costly than a typical sleeve shortening, and was honest with his feedback when asked if the garment quality was worth the somewhat costly alterations. The work was fantastic. Erik and his staff have earned my business for anything needing careful, quality attention.

I had an absolutely incredible experience at Rydell. I brought in two suits, one of which was so messed up from a previous tailor that I was close to just donating it. Rydell was my last hope and wow did they deliver! My suits came out better than I could have hoped for and it was well worth the wait! If you want good work done right, this is the place for you.

Absolutely fantastic. I brought in several items to Rydell and their team was helpful and walked me through each step of the process. I felt comfortable and confident the entire time. My items where ready early and the quality of care put into them exceeded my expectations. Cute dog is also a plus.

This review is so long overdue! My husband and I attended a fundraiser ball last December, and we found Erik to help us get my two dresses and my husband's two suits fitting just right. We can't say enough good things about him. Erik is incredibly talented. He has an eye for what looks good, and he's direct in telling you what he thinks. He brought my floor length dress up to a tea length, and I cannot even count the number of compliments I got on the dress. We're looking forward to visiting him at his new location!

I came to Rydell Tailor Shop in a bit of a panic as my bridesmaid's dress was too small and the wedding was in one week. A different tailor shop in the area told me it wouldn't be possible, so I felt like I may have been asking for a miracle to make this dress work. Eric made it so easy to trust him with the process of taking the dress out and I'm so thankful because it turned out BEAUTIFUL. Not to mention he had the project done in 5 days. He kept great communication throughout the process and was very professional to work with.

Not dependable ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Walked in 3 weeks out from an event and was told to come back 1 week before it started. Was promised that my suit could be done in 1 week and not to worry. I walked up at 9:30 of that week and nobody is home. I call and am begrudgingly told to come in midweek. I walk up again and there is a note posted on the door to text if I have a time sensitive need. So I text. No text back. TL;DR trying to get my suit in was a nightmare, I was promised something that couldn't be delivered, and I got burned because I trusted Rydell to make it happen.

They saved the day with my bridesmaid dress! The dress I ordered was too small with no potential of fitting into it without alterations. I went into Rydell's in a panic with 2 weeks left to the wedding date. Erik was so friendly and worked with me over the 2 weeks to get a successful outcome. Very pleased with the results and the awesome service. Will be going here from now on!
