From the time Samuel came here to take the measurements & give me an estimate until they pulled out of here today during the pouring rain, they were nothing but professional, hard-working and very kind! I couldn’t believe how hard they worked at prepping our yard first. Pretty amazing!
If anyone out there is looking to have sod put down, don’t hesitate to call Samuel! He said “No job too big, no job too small.” There’s a screenshot with all of the information in the pictures. He is VERY good at responding to calls as well as keeping you posted what day he’ll do the job and what time he & his crew will get started.

I waited a week to post this to ensure that the SOD had time to start growing and stayed green and fresh, and it certainly did. Samuel provides excellent service. He graded my yard in preparation of the sod installation and followed my request to grade it so water will flow away from the house. The result was fantastic. Not only does my yard look beautiful but it solved the flooding problem I used to have. Price is reasonable. Another quality Samuel has is his good communication skill. Unlike other contractors I've had in the past who do not call back or are curt and impatient, Samuel returns calls and listens to my concerns and answers all my questions patiently. It has been a pleasant experience dealing with him that I will not hesitate to recommend him to everyone I know.

Samuel came out to inspect the work and gave a reasonable quote. Unfortunately, the work was completed weeks later due to wet weather conditions throughout the month of September. Samuel kept me updated on a weekly basis even though conditions were out of his control. He waited until conditions were just right before commencing work. Needless to say Samuel and his team did a fantastic job! Would highly recommend him!

I have used S & A sod 4 times in the last two years to do work at my house here in Hernando. Samuel and his crew really do excellent work. They arrive on time`ready to work as long as the weather permits. Their attention to detail is ¨spot on¨ and Samuel will go the extra mile to insure that the customer is happy with the job.
