Update: all of my google reviews are visible on my profile. Thanks for letting me know they weren’t! If I declined your refund offer, you would’ve stated that you tried. If I accepted, as I did, then I am labeled as a scam. At this point, no matter what I say will be met with hostility. The response is telling. My original review stands. Thoroughly inspect all hair and work before leaving.. All I will say is thoroughly inspect every inch of your head before leaving. If you aren’t completely satisfied and leave the salon, then you aren’t eligible for refund for the service. I will attached photos of all correspondence. First appt 8/30/24: I did like color, but asked for more brightness around the face on 8/31 (to better match inspiration pics) which she agreed to do. Second appointment 9/6/24: She wet balayaged the front pieces and toned the whole head again. It appears that the hair was not lifted enough and in turn lead to brassiness/warmth. I did leave as I didn’t notice the extent of the warmth while inside the salon. I tried to get used to it but I can’t. Tried styling it to minimize the brassy/orange showing, but it’s just too much. I kindly asked for a refund 9/12/24 (6 days after 2nd appt) as it’s not at all what I asked for. I don’t want them to try again. I went twice already and it got worse…I am 10 days out from my wedding, I don’t have the time nor trust it would be done without getting worse. They refunded the product charges and tip. So 1 star for that. I can add the Facebook post they referenced (their name was never included) as I don’t have anything to hide, if needed.

Go get your hair done here!! SB is an absolute hair magician and gets my color perfect every time! The salon has such good vibes and the beauty the space has to offer makes the whole appointment so enjoyable. Every detail from the service, the products and the little details are all a perfect combination for the best experience. All the stylists are amazing and very knowledgeable if you can’t get in with SB!!

THE BEST SALON EVER!!!! If you are looking for your forever salon home, look no further! I came here after 2 different bad salon experiences, so I was really nervous and hesitant at first. I was quickly relieved when I saw how friendly, welcoming, and communicative everyone is. Liv does my hair, and she kills it every single time. She is so attentive and considerate with every step. She listens so intently when planning out the plan for my hair. She is SO sweet and down to earth, and I love being able to talk to her the whole time! You can tell the other stylists care for one another and value where they work. It is also the cutest salon I have ever seen. The decor shows how much thought and love and care goes into this business. Couldn’t recommend this place (especially Liv) more!!!

This hair salon is not only so cute but my hair came out amazing. Calista did some highlights and a trim on my hair based on what I told her I wanted and it came out perfect. They were very accommodating and the location is also great right in Belmar with plenty of parking.

Sister B’s is an amazing salon! Lead by SB, a stylist & her great team who focuses on providing extraordinary service and delivering great quality. Not only does my stylist focus on accomplishing my hair dreams, but I always over hear and recognize the other stylists making the extra efforts for their clients as well! You will not be dissatisfied with anyone at the salon, as I’ve been with 3 stylists and have had a great experience with every one! Also ps, the ambiance in this salon is like no other!

It was my first time at Sister B boutique and I am so happy I went. Everyone there was kind and welcoming, It was a wonderful experience. Gwen Gomez did my hair and her work is TOP NOTCH! (She has blessed my hair before) I tend to have a picture in mind of what I want my hair to look like and she never fails to over execute. Color, cut or just a blowout/hair do, she will do a phenomenal job. Also Thank you for the snacks that were provided!! Will definitely be back!!

Sister B’s is such a beautiful salon adorned with massive, beautiful plants. The tunes were on point and the service was 10/10. Gwen is amazing, she exceeded my expectations!!

I love coming here. It’s a breath of fresh air, literally there are the most amazing plants everywhere and equally great energy. I’ve been seeing SaraBeth for over 10 years and she always knows what to do to make me feel my best. She is the best at color and low maintenance magic. I always leave with a bag full of the best hair care brands and extra fun free gifts that make me laugh. She is knowledgeable, experienced, so fun and above all kind.
