I worked with Chad Bartholomew at Specialty Appliances to replace all of the appliances in my home. Chad gave me advice on quality , selection and lead times to assist me in making my selections. He stayed in touch with me and kept me informed about delivery and installation. He was always friendly and professional. I was also very happy with the installation department. They too were very good about reminding me of installation dates and following up after installation. It is rare to find this level of service in appliance sales and I feel fortunate to have found them.

We're in the early stages of a kitchen remodel and Reuben came highly recommended to us. I met with him and he was fantastic! He started by asking what our priorities for our appliances were, and questions about our lifestyle and cooking habits. Then he showed me pieces that he chose based on our conversation, and I loved them all! And their DTC showroom is gorgeous ?
Specialty Appliance is no more expensive than the box stores, and they also insist on installing it themselves so it is done correctly. If you're in the market for any major appliance, call Reuben!

We were greeted upon entering the showroom which was neat and the kitchen displays very appealing. Chad our salesperson was low key, very professional & knowledgeable. He discussed a number of options for replacing our double ovens. We received the quote after a short wait. The online payment in advance was easy & insured the installation would be within a few weeks. We would highly recommend Chad & Specialty Appliance.

I have worked with Chad Bartholomew twice now at Specialty Appliance and he does a great job! Our first purchase was a $25k Thermador kitchen and a year later our washing machine died. Chad was as diligent with the $2k washing machine sale as he was with the kitchen purchase. Outstanding service.

Specialty Appliance in Greenwood Village has a huge selection of appliances at very competitive prices. Our salesman, Jonathan, was very knowledgeable and personable. He listened to our needs and preferences and helped us select the right refrigerator. Since it is an “urgent” situation (ours is not working) he put a rush on the order to get it delivered to us in less than a week. Other stores could only promise a 4-6 week window for delivery. We highly recommend Specialty Appliances. We are very happy with our experience there.
