I have worked with Teresa for several years in regard to a 20-unit condominium association on Siesta Key in my capacity as a board member. During this time, she has been incredibly helpful with a Million Dollar project 6 years ago, all the way down to smaller less costly projects. As our building is over 50 years old, it needs a fair bit of TLC to keep it going. I can always count on Teresa to provide straightforward well thought out solutions/answers/etc. And, when it comes time to select and oversee contractor(s) there is never any question that she has our interest at heart in terms of assuring work is done as specified and that costs are managed per contract. I would highly recommend Teresa if you needed a very qualified engineer on your project.

I had the pleasure of working with Teresa on a local residential project here in Nokomis. Teresa is extremely knowledgeable and most of all, very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend using her for any of your structural engineering needs!

Wouldn’t help me. I meant she couldn’t help me. I misspoke. Seemed very nice and knowledgeable and did give me a few referrals. My apologies if I said it wrong. I would call her again for any questions.
