Tita's Atelier is simply amazing! I have been there many times for all kinds of alterations including my Wedding Dress! During my wedding preparation, I brought 3 dresses to Tita's (engagement session, wedding & reception dress) and they all nailed them! Once you make an appointment, they have a very professional team (2-3 staff) to measure you and discuss with you of how to alter your dress to brings the beauty of it. They also have a small stage and big mirrors where you can step up and check you dress front and back!

I really enjoyed the customer service from the great staff! If you are not satisfied, they will try their best to alter the clothes to meet your needs. There was a time that the top part of my dress is too loose, then they suggested to add wire / sew some parts to bring the design out of it. From this I can tell that they did put professional efforts and thinking when it comes to alterations!

Will never go there again! Very bad service! Very expensive! When she charged me $580, I thought she miscalculated me, I went back and she recalculated me $500, oh my god! She overcharged me $80 and said one of my dresses was altered for free! I got my dress back and will never go there again!

Tita's Atelier is amazing people doing quality work. I had bought a cheap dress online and needed it tailored for prom. You are first taken into their fitting room in which you put on the dress you wish to alter and see the degree to which it needs to be altered. Daya was very helpful throughout this entire process, constantly asking questions to make sure the alteration mapping was to my liking. She made sure I liked the length to which the dress would fall to and the degree to which the straps were shortened, and did it all with a smile and no irritation despite the various changes I made or questions I asked.
After the mapping, Maria (Tita), came over to judge the amount of work the alteration would take and gave us the price and estimated time. To shorten a 3-layer dress (with an outer layer of chiffon), raise the leg slit, and shorten the dress straps, they promised to be done in one week which is incredibly quick! They took into account the date of my event as well so that was really thoughtful.
The dress fit like a glove when I got it back and the quality of their work was amazing. I would consider my dress to be on the more complicated end as the three layers they needed to shorten were of different material and of different lengths. Despite that however, the dress was just like the original but shorter. The leg slit was also raised higher so naturally that it seemed as though it was part of the original dress. They also steam and give you a bag to cover any long dresses.
Shoutout to Maria (Tita), Daya (assisstant), Mercedes (seamstress), Alma (steamer), and Nidia (seamstress) for everything!

TLDR: amazing customer service, quick alterations, quality job done, and most importantly, warm-hearted people

Anny is the sole tailor here. Her shop is small but she can fit you and make adjustments pretty quickly so you’re not at the shop for long. Be warned that if you want her to alter anything, you’ll need about 3-4 weeks in advance, especially for tricky garments like bridal gowns and suit jackets. I had a long dress to be shortened at the shoulder and hem (neither is a complex fix) and she was able to complete it with a 3 week turnaround. Good prices and quality work.

The best kept secret in all of Arcadia! She is fantastic! Talk about getting a bang for your buck, she altered a dress a bridesmaid's dress for my daughter basically redid the whole thing and charged us all of $45 for the most amazing work ever! Highly recommend her! Cash only.

I brought my wedding dress (Ballgown style) for alterations. The dress needed to be hemmed, straps shorten, belt added, cups added, and the sides were taken in. Tita was so sweet and helpful. Very affordable.
