La primera hab que nos accionaron.. estaba sucia la toalla anteriores no las sacaron las colocaron dentro del closet

We came to this hotel to evacuate our home from hurricane Milton. We found this hotel on the Marriott app and it was everything we were looking for - spacious, kitchen, full size fridge to bring as much food as we could to save from power outages and most importantly dog friends. The rooms are comfortable, have a nice little kitchen area to cook meals, and a full size fridge. The beds are quite comfortable and key for us the hotel is dog friendly. I would recommend if you’re sensitive to noise when sleeping you bring white noise or earplugs as the windows are thin, we faced the highway and could hear the cars pretty well but ear plugs helped and our white noise machine. There were a ton of pups with people just like us even from our area (Tampa Bay) there evacuating from the storm. The hotel staff was wonderful, and Mario was extremely helpful in allowing us flexibility in our leave date because we were waiting for it to be safe and power to be restored in our area. The breakfast was so helpful for us, and there was something we didn’t know about, the managers receptions each weeknight night with basically a small dinner which was a pleasant and welcome surprise for us and really helpful as we didn’t need to eat many meals out which was great for us! There was a super cute little area in front with a fire pit and two really nice grills with equipment you can use and a little pool right there. The area had little grass areas for us to walk our dog and trash cans around to throw away his potty bags. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel!

We had a great time here. We called in the morning if it was possible to arrive a day early, because of the flooding in Asheville caused by Helene where we were at that time. It was no problem at all and we could even stay in the same room for all three nights. The beds and the room were very nice. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was also good. We highly recommend this hotel.

The people that work there are amazing. Thank you i'll be very happy. I have a reservation here in December again. The place was very clean. The breakfast was good and I was very happy with the room. I'm looking forward to coming back with my family again and this is not my first time that I was here.
