I used Only One Tailoring for my wedding dress alterations, and they were AMAZING. I highly recommend them to anyone needing alterations. I’m pretty short and had a very long train on my dress, so I had to get quite a bit of the dress altered. They were so detailed and the dress looked flawless. When I first brought it to them, there was a small oil stain on the front (probably from trying it on too many times prior to bringing it in for alterations). The seamstress went above and beyond to try and get the stain out, and the next time I came in it was gone!

I showed up today at the time they told me my item would be ready and was turned away because it was in fact NOT ready. If you’re going to tell me that I’ll receive a text or email when my items are ready, don’t tell me a date and time that I should come back. I’m beyond frustrated, because I drove 20+ minutes from the other side of town to come here because I know they do quality work, however I will not be coming back after this experience since they don’t seem to have any respect for people’s time to finish the project by the date and time that they were told it would be complete. Beyond unprofessional and rude, especially for a garment that I’ve paid $200+ to have tailored.

I brought in my leather motorcycle racing suit to be taken in. There werent many people even up to the task in the area. But Only One Tailoring said they could take a look. They did such an excellent job working the leather around all the padding. It fits PERFECTLY. I’m so happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone!!
