Had a great experience at pep boys today! I had a blowout and then my donut went flat due to running over a roofing staple. I brought my own new tires to them to mount and balance and Marqius didn’t hesitate to assist! His outstanding customer service and his bright personality took a weight off of my shoulders! Unfortunately I do not remember the tech that did the work on my car but he was efficient and professional! They made me aware of other things I needed to address with my vehicle in the near future and made me feel like family! If I could give them 10 stars I would! I will definitely be bringing my Mercedes back for service at this location! Thank you all so much for making a stressful situation bearable!

The service manager, John was amazing! I was on a time crunch but he got me in and out super quick! He also got me a better and cheaper battery. I would definitely recommend going to this place if you are looking for good, knowledgeable, quick, and reasonably priced work. Thanks again, John!

I have never left a review, but I have to leave one here.

Scheduled an appointment for an 8 AM service a few days in advance. I have never been to a pep boys (and probably won't), and came in needing a tire rotation, oil change (which I was honest that I was overdue for) and needing help with replacing a tail light issue.

I came in and was met with an annoyed employee who said he would probably have to charge me $120 just to look and see what the problem was with my tail light. He couldn't do my oil change because there was a recall on my engine and not enough oil left. That I would have to go buy oil and drive around for 500 miles before he would be able to do an official change (not to mention he just found a rag on the ground to test the oil). I hesitantly left my car, but immediately turned back to take it somewhere for a second opinion.

That second opinion ended up saving me hundreds of dollars.
My dealership confirmed there was no recall on my engine when I confirmed my vehicle details. A Kwik Kar had no problem doing my oil change, tire rotation, and ordering the correct tail light part to have it fixed before the end of the day.

Again, I NEVER write reviews on Google. But the fact that Pep Boys thought I was too stupid to protest and was annoyed I showed up for an appointment that they approved was ridiculous! If you don't want to be open at 8 AM and deal with customers, I suggest changing your store hours. And at the bare minimum, don't try making your customers feel stupid.

Put in remanufactured parts, faulty parts, refused to fix it correctly. Left my car for almost a week in the corner. I had to move the car and had another mechanic fix my car. Ready to go in under two hours. Paid out of my pocket for a warranty job pep boys would not do. Terrible.

I purchased tires 2 months ago. I was trying to find the most reasonable price. These guys made it there duty to help me find the best price as possible. They explained everything thoroughly. Not only did the provide excellent customer service they also was fast and efficient with the job. I expected it to be expensive as hell due to me having a charger but they work with me. They had what I needed and stock and offer other services to help the car drive better. For it to be a small location these guys know how to take care of business.
