I have used Joy's 4 or 5 times now and every time has been just great. She is very good and hemmed the dresses I took to her perfectly. Plus her turn around times are very reasonable. Definitely recommend!

professional, efficient and pleasant employees. clean store. had prom dress, with many layers of various fabrics, altered; ready when promised, alteration done well, I feel the price was fair for the complexity of the job!! recommend and will return.

I’ve come here twice for bridesmaid dress alterations for 2 separate weddings and was absolutely amazed both times. She took measurements and when I went to pick up the dresses they were perfect and exactly the way she had measured. She knows her stuff! In addition she is FAST! Dropped my dress off and got it back in 9 days this spring (wedding season), last wedding was more summer so it was a little faster in just a couple days. In addition to all of that, the prices are so reasonable! If you’re looking for a place for alterations, please come here. I promise you will not be disappointed. I plan to come here for all my future alterations going forward.

I dont know where to begin but saying Thank You to Joy doesn't even do justice. I came to Joy who was highly recommend to see if she could help fix botched alterations on my wedding dress from a different seamstress. Unfortunately, there was nothing that could be done to make the dress look like it was supposed to. I ended up having to buy a new wedding dress just 12 days before my wedding. Joy and her daughters were so amazing and worked their butt off to make sure my dress was ready in time for my big day. The pricing was very reasonable as well. Joy didn't make me feel like just a customer, but more like a friend. I cant thank her enough for making sure I was a happy Bride and walked down the isle in nothing less then a perfect gown.

My husband and I were looking for someone to hem up a few kilts that were too long and take in a pair of pants that were too loose so we called and made a visit here! She was able to get us in right away. Made the alterations and was ready for pick up in just one week. For the complexity of the work (plaits!) and how well she did it, it was worth every penney! The shop, her personality, and her work was very professional! I would absolutely recommend Joy's!
