Her assistant Sarah is also lovely and they make scheduling and reminders super easy by having a direct texting line! When I brought my wedding gown in for alterations I had purchased it far to large. That was no problem for Nataliya. She got my gown fitted perfectly. She also got a lipstick stain out of the front that I had gotten on it during a fitting. Customer service was amazing and I am so glad I trusted my gown to her for my most special day. Highly recommend to all brides.

Couldn’t recommend Lucia’s Sarto enough!! She did a beautiful job on my wedding dress with SO much time to spare. Not to mention my mom and bridesmaids took their dresses to her as well. Since then I’ve taken a pair of jeans too and plan on bringing any and all future tailor needs. The work is the best quality and completely seamless - I am never able to tell where they altered it!! I brought all of my wedding looks, including my gown, to get alterations here. The women working on my dress were so kind, knowledgeable and careful with my pieces. From my very first appointment, they made a point to ensure my gown never touched the ground as it was a very snowy day and they had everyone remove their shoes to ensure it stayed clean throughout my appointment. I got to come in for multiple fittings throughout the alterations process, and they even offered to coordinate my fittings with my HMU trial so I could see the full look before my wedding day. When steaming and loading my gown into my car, they always treated my gown as if it were their own. They were super willing to make additional adjustments after each fitting, filmed a tutorial on how to do the bustle, and my gown fit perfectly when they were done. Between my gown and several looks for my rehearsal / brunch, I brought in a variety of fabrics (tweed, mikado, cotton) and all were altered perfectly. You can definitely trust them with your special occasion pieces!

I have been going here for several years now and typically have minor work done like elastic bands placed in the waist on my shirts, pullovers, blouses you name it. They ‘always’ look like they were made that way! Today I picked up a favorite Chiefs pullover/ jacket with pockets and a zipper on the side. It is a men’s so it was far too long so I just folded it up and pulled drawstring, but it was so bulky. She took some 2+” out and placed a seam around the entire piece above the pockets. Perfection! I’ve seen plenty of her wedding dresses and other beautiful work as well. Highly recommend Lucia’s! Def get what you pay for. It’s worth it.

Nataliya was the BEST to work with for altering my wedding dress. I was not the easiest to work with, as I kept changing my mind & ended up adding something a little different to the back. Nataliya was very passionate in ensuring that my dress was exactly what I envisioned! Not to mention she is very genuine & down to earth-couldn't recommend her enough for bridal alterations!

THE BEST SERVICE EVER!!!
This team is AMAZING!!! AMAZING fast work! I'm talking minutes!!! I brought in 2 pair of Levi's that were too long a pink pair and a violet pair. I tried on the violet pair to show how long they were. The very kind, sweet spirited lady (uh man her name is on the tip on my tongue oh my! The mind is a horrible thing to waste, I can't remember ugh!) Anyway, by the time I tried on the violet pair she was handing me the pink pair!!!! Plus, I went home and brought back my Husband's leather jacket that I just purchased from Branson's Leather in Branson ,MO ( the sleeves were too long) and they were finshed with the 2nd pair of Levi's the violet ones and only took a hour to do the jacket!!! WHAT! THIS IS AWESOME!!!!! I recommend this place to EVERYONE!!!?
